What you'll do

• Greet and serve guests
• answer questions about the concept and products
• prepare specialty cocktails, wine, and beer
• handle cash and process point-of-sale transactions
• suggest company merchandise, food, and drinks
• bus and pre-bus bar tops, tables, and patio
• complete guest service from greeting through closing tabs
• maintain department cleanliness and equipment function
• assist other departments as needed
• follow safety guidelines and legal serving requirements.

Why this role
