Community Outreach and Participant Coordinator

What you'll do

• Identify and contact local businesses, organizations, educational institutions, and community groups
• build relationships with community leaders and business representatives
• recruit eligible participant groups
• explain project scope, participation, compensation, and expectations
• coordinate schedules and recording sessions
• serve as the main contact between participants and TSMG operations
• track progress and attendance
• resolve participant questions and logistical issues
• support onboarding and retention
• report recruitment progress and project updates.
