What you'll do

• Teach swim lessons according to YMCA aquatic program guidelines
• enforce pool rules and ensure swimmer safety
• evaluate student abilities and progression
• attend scheduled classes and arrange a substitute with lesson plans when needed
• prepare and store equipment
• engage participants
• assist with administrative tasks
• and promote the Y swimming lessons program.
