Why this role
Requires a PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program, an active unrestricted pharmacist license in a U.S. state or territory, 12 months of recent outpatient pharmacy experience within the last five years, current BLS certification, board certification per solicitation requirements, and professional liability insurance of at least $1M/$3M. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; no weekends.
