What you'll do

• Perform routine facility maintenance, landscaping, carpentry, painting, and basic repairs
• complete work orders
• perform minor electrical tasks such as changing light bulbs
• address plumbing issues
• mow lawns, remove weeds, and clear brush
• maintain tools and equipment
• follow health, safety, and OSHA standards.
