What you'll do

• Provide hands-on support to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
• Support safe movement, transfers, and general ambulation.
• Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Offer transportation to appointments or errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and document changes in condition.
