What you'll do

• Support approximately 300 users and their devices
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• manage Intune enrollment and deployments
• administer Entra ID accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions
• support Microsoft 365 tenants and services
• maintain networks, firewalls, servers, and endpoints
• monitor security alerts and support compliance, vulnerability remediation, backups, and recovery
• write scripts to automate routine tasks.
