Assistant Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins, including inspections, vendor coordination, supplies, repairs, and work inspection
• track maintenance inventory and document service requests
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• support cost control by repairing parts when possible and using supplies appropriately. The posting states willingness to work a flexible schedule and on-call is required.
