The Instructional Aide 1:1 is an onsite role based in Westlake, OH, with a pay range of $20 – $22 per hour. This position supports the Special Education team at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education, working with students in grades K-6. The role exists to provide direct, individualized support and guidance to students, helping them reach their full potential. By collaborating with classroom educators and implementing individualized education plans, the aide ensures a supportive and student-centered learning environment.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with teachers to cultivate a supportive learning environment.
• Implement individualized instruction and behavioral interventions.
• Monitor student progress and track data.
• Manage student behavior and provide mentorship.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records.
