What you'll do

• Travel up to 150 miles from the branch to establish and maintain customer relationships
• work with inside sales associates on customer satisfaction and territory growth
• develop new customer opportunities
• introduce and demonstrate products and marketing programs
• communicate product-demand changes to branch management and purchasing
• process and correct customer orders
• respond to order, back-order, and return inquiries
• suggest improvements to the ordering process.
