The Corporate Strategist, Platform and Product Strategy role is onsite in Pleasanton, CA, with a base salary range of $150,000–$190,000 per year. Avathon develops an Industrial AI autonomy platform for customers in heavy industries, including energy, mining, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, and logistics. Working with executive leadership and product, engineering, research, and industry teams, the strategist shapes platform direction and product investment priorities. The role turns customer needs, market dynamics, and emerging AI capabilities into strategic recommendations, business cases, and product opportunities.

What you'll do

• Help define platform and product strategy, priorities, and investment roadmaps
• assess platform capabilities and industry solutions
• analyze customer needs, workflows, markets, and technology developments
• develop strategic frameworks and business cases
• evaluate product, partnership, and investment opportunities
• work with product and marketing on differentiation and strategic narrative
• advise senior leadership on platform direction, portfolio decisions, partnerships, and market entry.
