What you'll do

• Plan daily food preparation according to the posted menu
• prepare salads, desserts, and fruit using standardized recipes
• operate and clean institutional food service equipment
• assist with modified-diet trays according to diet orders
• set up meals and breakfast service
• transport and serve food
• date and rotate stock
• follow safety and sanitation procedures
• wash dishes
• complete food production, temperature, cleaning, and inventory documentation
• use garnishes to present food attractively.
