Bilingual Leasing Consultant

The Bilingual Leasing Consultant is an onsite role in Miami, FL, with pay of $20.00 per hour, plus monthly new-lease and renewal bonuses. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; the posting requires work two Saturdays per month. The role supports leasing at a 338-unit mid-rise community. The consultant connects prospective residents with apartment homes and supports occupancy by showing apartments, explaining features, securing leases, and processing applications and lease paperwork in compliance with fair housing laws. The role also provides responsive communication to residents and visitors throughout the leasing process.

What you'll do

• Greet visitors and residents
• answer and return resident calls and email requests
• complete guest cards and lease paperwork accurately and promptly
• present apartment features and amenities to prospective residents
• show apartments
• and secure leases.

Why this role

English/Spanish bilingual ability is required. A valid Florida driver’s license is required. At least one year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred. Monthly new-lease and renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.
