The Administrator in Training — Skilled Nursing role is onsite in Toledo, OH. Pay is $60,000–$70,000 per year. The training takes place at Shoreline Post Acute, where staff are dedicated to providing care to residents. Under the direct supervision of an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, the trainee learns the day-to-day operation of a skilled nursing facility. The program builds knowledge of facility systems, surveys, reimbursement regulations, nursing practices, and governing rules to prepare for nursing home administration.

What you'll do

• Participate in practical on-the-job training under an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
• learn facility operating models and systems, survey processes and quality measures, reimbursement regulations, nursing practices and procedures, and rules governing skilled nursing facilities.
