The Registered Behavior Technician role is onsite in New York, NY, working with clients in home-based settings and traveling between homes. Compensation is $26–$30 per hour. Care First Services provides Applied Behavior Analysis, speech, occupational, and mental health therapies to clients, with a stated mission to help every child thrive. The technician works one-on-one with clients and implements treatment plans established by a BCBA Supervisor. The role supports client progress by preparing materials, following treatment protocols, collecting accurate data, communicating with supervisors and families, and participating in training and assessments.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with clients in home settings
• implement BCBA Supervisor treatment plans and prepare program materials
• follow protocols for communication, social, toilet training, and adaptive living skills
• maintain accurate data and notes
• review supervision recommendations
• participate in training, evaluations, and meetings
• assist with parent training and clinical assessments as needed
• communicate with colleagues and families
• track supervision hours and renew RBT certification
• follow BACB ethical and HIPAA requirements.
