What you'll do

• Deliver a strong customer experience
• provide training or help associates meet production goals, including product-finishing projects
• lead in-store tasks during each shift
• support effective sales-floor flow and accurate merchandising
• help ensure food-safety protocols are followed
• work toward sales objectives and support compliance and loss-prevention standards
• participate in team meetings and other role-related duties assigned by the Store Manager.
