The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is an onsite role based in Rochester, MI. The starting wage is $17.13 per hour. This position supports the Hope Network Christian Hills Home team. The role exists to support the individual goals of the person served and help them become integrated into their community in the least restrictive manner. The DSP assists in areas of mobility, activities of daily living, communication, health management, and community participation.

What you'll do

• Monitor and ensure safety 24/7.
• Support crisis prevention, intervention, and resolution.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Monitor vitals for medical conditions.
• Support community participation and social activities.
