Conflicts Analyst

The Conflicts Analyst role is onsite in San Diego, CA. Compensation is $32–$45 per hour. The analyst supports Tyson & Mendes LLP’s Quality team. This role manages conflicts checks and related research, communications, documentation, and ethical-screen processes so new matters and other requests are reviewed accurately and progress through the firm’s conflicts process.

What you'll do

• Organize incoming Conflicts inbox items
• run and analyze conflicts checks
• research prospective clients, parties, and corporate affiliations
• communicate with attorneys and clients
• assist with conflict resolution and ethical screens
• maintain the New Files Tracker
• manage incoming documents and follow-ups
• update standard operating procedures
• submit receipts and support related projects.
