What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and serve meals and snacks according to physician-ordered diets, resident preferences, menus, and procedures. Maintain dietary equipment, food temperatures, storage, and labeling
• follow food handling, sanitation, infection prevention, and safety procedures
• receive and store supplies
• assist with inventory and resident events
• clean preparation and dining areas
• and report concerns about resident safety or well-being.
