What you'll do

• Supervise, train, schedule, and support groundskeeping staff
• assign work and inspect completed tasks
• maintain landscaped areas around guest rooms and resort facilities
• oversee pruning, planting, irrigation, weed control, debris removal, and seasonal work
• test and document pool water chemistry
• handle and store pool chemicals safely
• inspect grounds and pool areas for safety concerns
• coordinate with Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, and resort leadership
• maintain equipment and supplies
• assist with purchasing and budget control
• respond to urgent grounds or pool-area issues as needed.
