The Bookkeeper, Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable role is onsite in Hobart, Indiana. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. The position supports the daily financial operations of NW Baths, a bath remodeling company serving Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area. The bookkeeper maintains accurate financial records and supports business operations by managing receivables, payables, invoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, and accounting administration.

What you'll do

• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding customer balances
• process accounts payable, invoices, and vendor payments
• reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
• record transactions and maintain bookkeeping records
• prepare customer invoices
• monitor payment schedules
• maintain vendor files
• assist with month-end and year-end reporting
• generate financial reports
• support payroll and other accounting tasks as needed.
