The nurse coordinates clinical care and laboratory follow-up, evaluates line-related concerns, teaches patients and caregivers about infusion care, and serves as a liaison among physicians, hospital discharge teams, caregivers, and the pharmacy to support safe transitions and compliant documentation.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and track laboratory work
• evaluate central and peripheral line infections and catheter placement status
• collaborate with physicians on clinical interventions
• provide bedside teaching in hospitals and patient homes
• educate patients and caregivers on medication administration, line care, infusion protocols, and safety
• coordinate among physicians, discharge teams, caregivers, and the pharmacy
• maintain compliant EMR documentation
• manage a patient caseload
• uphold infection prevention and regulatory standards.
