What you'll do

• Perform grounds work, plumbing, minor electrical work, basic carpentry, HVAC and food-service equipment troubleshooting, wall repair, building-engine maintenance, painting, special projects, and seasonal snow removal
• participate in the emergency on-call rotation once per month
• operate and deliver vans and box trucks for winter maintenance.
