What you'll do

• Coordinate payroll onboarding and system setup

• review timekeeping and process biweekly payroll
• support payroll compliance, reconciliations, reporting, and year-end activities
• administer 401(k) enrollment and contributions
• process vendor invoices and payments
• reconcile vendor statements
• prepare client invoices, post payments, reconcile receivables, and conduct collections.
