What you'll do

• Own content across the customer acquisition journey, including website, blog, email, text, and social
• lead employer brand content and tell stories about Base’s team
• set voice and editorial standards
• build content distribution strategy
• partner with lifecycle, growth, recruiting, product, and design
• and interview members and teammates to identify stories.
