• Sequence batching plans from production schedules and formulas
• stage and verify ingredients
• operate industrial mixers and control mixing parameters
• assess dough development and correct variations
• document batch details
• coordinate dough flow
• coach operators
• inspect equipment
• support sanitation, changeovers, GMP, and food-safety requirements.
