Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Danielson, CT, with a schedule of Friday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Saturday and Thursday are off. What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support medical appointments
• maintain a safe living environment through light housekeeping and laundry
• engage clients in social activities and community outings
• use mobility equipment appropriately
• document activities and incidents
• implement individualized care plans and maintain confidentiality.
