What you'll do

• Maintain, configure, and administer enterprise network infrastructure, including Cisco controllers, wireless access points, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
• monitor performance, availability, capacity, and reliability
• provide Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting
• implement network security measures and infrastructure upgrades
• support disaster recovery and network resiliency
• analyze traffic and performance
• maintain diagrams and technical documentation
• coordinate changes under established policies
• collaborate with IT teams
• participate in rotating on-call coverage approximately once every two months, including weekends.
