What you'll do

• Serve as primary client contact
• manage project schedules, scope, and budgets through all phases, including construction
• coordinate schedules and budgets with subcontractors and equipment suppliers
• assign and manage team tasks
• track and forecast budgets and complete invoicing
• coordinate documentation and deliverables with Project Coordinators
• gather client data for design development
• draft bid requests and evaluate quotations
• review equipment purchase orders
• document project risks and issues.
