Guest Services Supervisor

Job overview

The Guest Services Supervisor role is onsite in Garland, TX. Pay is $18–$19 per hour. The position supports the marina’s front office and store operations, including guest services, rentals, and boat arrivals and departures. The supervisor helps deliver a strong guest experience by guiding the guest services team, supporting sales and rentals, and overseeing service standards and operational controls. The role also helps ensure rental and water-sports equipment is clean and in working order.

What you'll do

• Assist with directing guest services operations under the General Manager or Guest Services Manager
• train the team to promote sales and rentals and meet service expectations
• ensure customer satisfaction
• ensure rental fleet and water-sports equipment are clean and in working order
• support sales, rentals, slip sales, cash management, and inventory management.
