Direct Support Professional

What you'll do

• Implement and document progress toward individual service-plan goals
• implement self-medication plans
• support balanced meals, personal hygiene, grooming, and weather-appropriate clothing
• transport and accompany individuals on community outings
• maintain annual First Aid and CPR certification
• and complete medication administration training and maintain the ability to pass medications.
