Resident Project Representative (RPR) – Civil Utilities

Job overview

The Resident Project Representative (RPR) – Civil Utilities role is onsite in Salisbury, MD. Pay is $23–$30 per hour. Davis, Bowen and Friedel, Inc. works on projects intended to improve the built environment. The RPR monitors construction work and documents field activity in coordination with project management. By checking work against plans, specifications, and contract requirements, the role helps support compliant delivery of civil site and utility projects.

What you'll do

• Maintain daily field reports, quantity books, logbooks, photographs, and as-built drawings
• review plans, specifications, and construction methods for compliance
• inspect construction activity and verify dimensions, alignment, and elevations
• check materials against shop drawings
• communicate daily activity and discrepancies to supervisors and the design team
• complete construction compliance reports for site work in Delaware and Maryland.

Why this role
