Job overview

The Senior HVAC Technician role is onsite in Saint Petersburg, FL. Compensation is $27–$30 per hour. The technician supports American Residential Services’ residential heating, air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical service operations. The role diagnoses, repairs, maintains, and installs residential HVAC systems, helping homeowners address system problems and maintain reliable home comfort while meeting company standards and local code requirements.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose furnaces, heat pumps, and air-conditioning units
• fix failed inspection issues
• remove outdated systems and install, start up, and troubleshoot new systems
• perform repairs, service calls, and preventive maintenance
• recommend appropriate solutions
• communicate system performance and repairs to homeowners
• meet company standards and local codes.

Why this role
