What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, direct, and supervise classroom and self-study training
• develop and maintain local course materials, training aids, and control scenarios
• evaluate trainee capability and progress
• maintain training records
• conduct position qualification and skill evaluations
• recommend proficiency or remedial training
• administer biennial written exams
• report trainee progression
• make training materials available to the COR on request.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of Army fixed-base Tower experience, a previous Tower rating or ATCS certification, facility rating before ATC duties, active Army Class IV flight physical, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain and maintain SECRET (Tier 3). Schedule is Monday–Friday, 0800–1700, excluding federal holidays.
