Floral Designer and Decor Assistant

What you'll do

• Create floral arrangements using approved recipes, inspiration images, palettes, and event specifications
• produce bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, and other arrangements
• assist with large-scale installations
• style and install décor
• condition and maintain flowers and greenery
• prepare supplies and mechanics
• pack, load, and unload materials
• assist with event setup, strike, inventory return, and cleanup
• maintain workspaces and inventory
• follow schedules and safety procedures
• use event management software to review assignments and discrepancies.
