What you'll do

• Prep cooks follow prep lists, label and stock ingredients, prepare ingredients, monitor storage and temperatures, and maintain a clean kitchen.
• Line cooks prepare and cook food to recipe and presentation standards, operate kitchen equipment, and set up and break down workstations.
• Dishwashers maintain the dish machine and clean supply of dishware, utensils, and cookware.
