What you'll do

• Lead and develop engineering and quality teams
• oversee engineering execution and project-management capability
• ensure customer requirements are translated into manufacturing requirements
• guide design for manufacturability and technical risk identification
• ensure technical documentation is accurate and timely
• lead quality-system execution, inspections, nonconformance and corrective-action processes
• oversee ASME-related compliance and welding engineering
• support customer reviews and cross-functional operations
• recruit, coach, and develop employees.
