What you'll do

• Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare repair estimates
• identify visible and hidden damage
• use industry-standard estimating software
• explain repair procedures and costs to customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
• coordinate repairs for an efficient and timely process
• maintain relationships with insurance partners and customers
• stay current with vehicle technology, repair methods, and industry standards through ongoing training
• comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
