What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for owners and tenants
• oversee leases, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, occupancy, and portfolio performance
• maintain accurate property files and AppFolio records
• coordinate inspections and follow up on findings
• oversee delinquency, notices, and eviction processes and attend court hearings when required
• monitor vacancies and coordinate with leasing and marketing teams
• work with maintenance staff and vendors
• provide portfolio updates and collaborate with accounting, leasing, maintenance, and leadership.
