What you'll do

• Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through trial
• conduct legal research and analysis
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
• prepare witnesses and take depositions
• argue motions
• assist with trial preparation and participate in trials and arbitrations
• maintain client relationships and communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• manage case files and deadlines
• collaborate on case strategy
• participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution when applicable.
