What you'll do

• Conduct in-home family skills training
• assist parents with concerns and youth issues
• coordinate family needs, supports, and transition activities
• develop school and community partnerships
• administer psychoeducation services
• oversee family assessments and treatment plans
• participate in youth progress and care review meetings
• maintain weekly updates, session notes, reports, and accurate records
• support compliance and administer First Aid and CPR during emergencies.
