What you'll do

• Manage personnel, material, and equipment safely and effectively.
• Meet production cost, schedules, and quality requirements.
• Facilitate floor operations and remove barriers for supervisors and hourly employees.
• Implement and maintain Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Lead OEE improvement across all areas.
• Serve as a leader, trainer, and coach of lean and TPM principles.
• Participate in the selection, training, and development of new employees.
• Comply with labor agreements.
