Credit Union Teller

The Credit Union Teller role is onsite in Clarksville, TN. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. The teller represents Fortera Federal Credit Union and serves its members. The teller processes member transactions accurately, maintains a balanced cash drawer, answers questions, and explains relevant credit union products and services while protecting member privacy.

What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, transfers, and other routine transactions
• sell money orders, gift cards, and cashier’s checks
• process wire transfers and stop payments
• maintain and balance a cash drawer
• answer member requests and update account information
• explain products and services
• maintain account privacy
• complete reports and compliance training
• perform drive-up teller and night drop functions as assigned.
