Quality Control Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead, train, and guide quality control personnel
• prioritize workload and set performance expectations
• assist with hiring and onboarding
• coach employees and approve timesheets
• drive continuous improvement with Quality and Engineering
• inspect machined components and assemblies
• maintain inspection documentation, material identification, and traceability
• review Device History Records against Device Master Records
• use ERP and QMS systems
• perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• document nonconformities and follow-up actions.
