What you'll do

• Maintain submittal and RFI logs, drawing registers, and technical tracking
• manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project records
• ensure field documentation is submitted and processed on time
• assist the Assistant Project Manager and Superintendents with coordination
• track material procurement, progress, and schedule updates
• visit job sites to observe progress and support field operations
• coordinate deliveries
• support micro-scheduling and participate in safety meetings.
