Healthcare Project Manager

What you'll do

• Support proposal and marketing efforts and owner agreement negotiations
• prepare and monitor owner and consultant contracts
• identify additional service fees
• prepare and monitor project plans
• lead multidisciplinary A/E teams through project phases
• manage project schedules, staffing, and discipline-hour budgets
• coordinate design and technical reviews
• monitor adherence to the HED Project Design Process
• communicate with operations and business leaders about project metrics, issues, and strategic goals.
