The Heavy-Duty Diesel Truck Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Rialto, CA, with compensation of $31.20–$32.20 per hour. Burrtec provides refuse and recycling collection services to municipalities across Southern California. This role maintains and repairs heavy-duty trucks that support the company’s collection operations. Work includes engine, transmission, brake, tire, suspension, hydraulic, air, and electrical repairs, along with preventive maintenance assistance and road assistance.

What you'll do

• Repair engines, transmissions, PTOs, air and electrical systems, suspension, brakes, tires, hydraulic systems, and clutches
• provide road assistance
• assist with preventive maintenance
• complete vehicle inspection forms and DOT 90-day inspections
• follow safety rules and keep the work area clean.
