What you'll do

• Supervise residential maintenance technicians
• oversee diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of residential properties and Mayroad assets such as pools, community centers, playgrounds, ice rinks, dog parks, and community gardens
• support work involving structural repairs, painting, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, HVAC, steam systems, pressure washing, cleaning, and electrical work as assigned.

Why this role

Requires prior supervisory experience in residential or multifamily property maintenance and experience across multiple skilled trades. A high-school diploma or GED is required but may be offset by experience. The role requires passing installation background and drug checks, a valid unrestricted REAL-ID-compliant driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and a personal smartphone.
