What you'll do

• Oversee contract performance for escort services
• serve as the contractor’s management-level point of contact
• ensure qualified staffing and required training, access, and badging
• coordinate coverage with Escort Supervisors
• monitor performance and document corrective actions
• report security concerns and incidents
• maintain personnel, training, attendance, and performance records
• periodically evaluate operations for quality assurance
• support emergency and contingency staffing.
