Service Technician Support — Level 2

What you'll do

• perform plumbing repairs
• prepare and inspect vacant units for rent-readiness
• provide technical direction to Level 1 staff
• participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergencies
• perform grounds and common-area maintenance
• document work orders and repair histories
• communicate with residents and leasing teams.
